Our Story

TAV Enterprises Corporation was founded on a simple idea: the homes we build should be the kind of homes we ourselves would be proud to live in. That conviction shapes every decision — from the trades we hire, to the finishes we specify, to the way we communicate with the families who entrust their projects to us.

From our studio on Yonge Street in North York, we work with homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area on custom residences, whole-home renovations, additions, and design-build projects. Our portfolio ranges from contemporary new builds to heritage-sensitive renovations in some of Toronto's most established neighbourhoods.

We are deliberately selective. We take on a small number of projects each year so that every one receives the attention it deserves — an uncompromising approach that has earned us a client referral rate most builders only aspire to.

Every TAV project is run by a dedicated project manager, documented with weekly client reports, and delivered against a fixed scope developed during our pre-construction phase. Our site standards are non-negotiable — clean, orderly, safe, and respectful of your neighbourhood.

New home builds are backed by Tarion's statutory warranty. Every project — renovation or new build — is also covered by our TAV workmanship commitment, which keeps us accountable well after move-in.

We invest in long-term relationships with the trades who do our best work, and we maintain the kind of in-house quality control that catches issues before they ever reach the homeowner's eye.
