Discovery Call

A focused 30-minute conversation about your home, your timeline, and what you are hoping to achieve. We listen first, ask sharp questions, and tell you honestly whether TAV is the right fit for your project.

Feasibility & Site Review

We meet at your home or property, review constraints (zoning, services, structure, heritage), and prepare a preliminary scope, budget range, and realistic schedule — before you commit a dollar.

Design Development

Our architects and designers — or yours, if you have a team you love — translate your brief into plans, elevations, and interior finishes. You make decisions with real samples in hand, not vague renderings.

Pre-Construction & Fixed Scope

Permits, engineering, trade tendering, and a fixed construction scope with transparent pricing. By the time we break ground, there are no open questions about what is being built or what it will cost.

Construction

A dedicated project manager runs your site. You receive weekly reports with photos, schedule updates, and upcoming decisions. We maintain orderly, respectful site conditions throughout.

Quality Control & Deficiency Walk

Before handover, we complete a formal internal quality review, then walk the home with you. No detail is too small to flag — and we resolve everything before you move in.

Handover & Ongoing Warranty

You receive a full homeowner manual with warranties, maintenance schedules, and as-builts. New homes are backed by Tarion; every project is covered by the TAV workmanship commitment.
